Competition is 5 minutes long and will start promptly at 5:30pm.

BBQ Brisket, Ribs & Bacon-wrapped Street Dogs will be setting off flavorful fireworks with every bite all weekend long! We will be smoking up some brisket & Saint Louis style ribs for BBQ platters, sliders and grilling up all the summery BBQ sides you’ve been dreaming of.
