A 2-day retreat being held on March 2-3 at Hotel Corque in Solvang, CA. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided both days.  Attendees can learn from Health and Wellness experts, Life Coaches, Artists and more guest speakers. As an attendee, you will hear from these experts in talks, group sharing, experiential exercises to explore your spirituality (Spirituality is who you are. Your mind, body and soul). Attendees will explore their purpose and feel inspired to take action to create a more fulfilling life going forward. 

We will have a photographer available if you should like to have her take your "headshot" for business use, social media and more.  This headshot will be emailed to you and will not include retouching.  We will have an esthetician on site to help make sure you look great in your photo. This is not a makeover, the esthetician and photographer are there to bring out your best features and help you find the best pose to create a flattering photo you can use however you like.  Your photo will be delivered within 2 weeks of the program ending.  

There will be breaks throughout the day but we have a LOT of good stuff for you packed into both days. 

We will begin on Saturdy March 2nd with check-in and breakfast between 8:00am and 9:00am in the ballroom at Hotel Corque.  There will be lectures, activities and lunch served thtoughout the day.  Dinner break 5:00pm -7:00pm  (dinner on your own/not included) . Evening creative painting class from 7:00pm-9:00pm (or whenever you finish your creative artwork).  

Sunday March 3rd we will begin with breakfast again from 8:00am -9:00am . More experiences will unfold all morning, then we will have lunch. After lunch there is an option to either end your retreat or you can participate on a 2 mile round trip hike on mostly flat land,  from the hotel, to the Old Santa Ynez mill for a tour .  The hike and tour should be finished no later than 5pm on Sunday.
