After many a high tea event at Arrowsmith’s in Solvang, I am super proud to announce that Allan Hancock College has given me the opportunity to teach people how to make high teas on a two day course this summer on July 27 (10-4pm) and 28th (10-3pm).
I will be conducting a course for up to 20 students on how to make quiches, cakes, scones, lemon, curd, etc. It’ll be truly British! You don’t need any baking experience, the focus is on having fun and learning a few skills along the way. Everyone will make enough food for four people to have for high tea on their Sunday evening, so get your crew ready to receive your hand-baked goods!
