A Valley Jamboree, on Monday, July 4 at 2:00 P.M. in the Veteran’s Memorial Building on Mission Drive (Hwy 246) in Solvang, across the street from the Mission.

A Valley Jamboree, on Monday, July 4 at 2:00 P.M. in the Veteran’s Memorial Building on Mission Drive (Hwy 246) in Solvang, across the street from the Mission. The Fourth of July Valley Jamboree is a rousing program of American music including folksongs, Appalachian tunes, a Western medley arranged by our director, Patriotic songs, Americana and more. Maestro Chris Bowman says, “This is Americana at its best! With something for everyone, this concert is 100% made in America. Toe tapping and hand clapping will add to the fun.” The concert is the coolest part of a full day of festivities in Solvang including a parade, food booths and fireworks.

Directed by Bowman, the Chorale will be accompanied by the amazing Jamboree Band, consisting of Chris A. Bowman, Trumpet; Barbara Coventry, Fiddle; Chris Judge, Guitar; Brendan Statom, Bass; and Rex Harte, Drums and Percussion.
