SYV Community Business Members - Do you need assistance in building your scarecrow?

The Solvang Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Hidden Wings and Solvang Parks and Rec is inviting everyone to participate in a free two-day event to build scarecrows for the upcoming SYV Scarecrow Festival.
