Space VR has added a 50 seat arthouse movie theater and our first show will be on Thursday, January 18th at 6:30p.m.

Tickets will be $10. Our first film is Delicatessen

Thank you everyone for such a wonderful response. I’ve been trying to create this space for awhile so that the community could gather and watch a film. Especially with the weather changing. Thank you for being patient.

We’re just beginning so I will rely on more of your patience as we grow.

This is a barebones theater at the moment. Large screen, seats, sound system and projector. There is no snack bar. You will be allowed to bring your own snacks.

When I first started this concept, I wanted to pick at least one movie a month that I could pair with a local restaurant. I chose Delicatessen because I love both peasants FEAST and Peasants DELI and the people who run them. I hope that you will order a sandwich from the deli or go to dinner there prior to the film.

We will be using Venmo for our ticket purchases at the beginning and once we sell 50 seats, I’ll post that it is sold out.

The movie is in French with subtitles. I advise you to watch the trailer if you’re not familiar with the film. Thank you, and I’ll see 50 of you next Thursday.
