Experience the art of crafting pressed flower plates with fresh local blooms at Mattei’s.

Create your own pressed flower canvas with a skilled team from Community Clayworks. Guests will learn how to prepare a clay canvas and artistically arrange their florals. Once pressed into the plate, participants can add a stroke of vibrancy with bright colored paints.

All materials are provided, and no prior experience is needed. Our staff will take your piece back to the studio for firing and clear glazing. In approximately two and a half weeks, your plate will be ready for pick-up or delivery (arrangements available for an additional fee).
