How to go Vegan

Andrew Schaeffer, a 9+ year vegan, is giving a talk on how to go plant based without sacrificing taste! It's all the stuff Andrew wished he knew, when he first went plant-based.

When: Thursday February 8th, at 7 PM

Where: Art Spot - 320 Alisal Rd Suite 306 Solvang, CA 93463 (far back corner of the building, entrance off the parking lot)

All are welcome: Carnivores, omnivores, pescetarians, vegans

-to find alternative vegan recipes for foreign foods from other countries.

-courses and resources to show you how to start cooking plant-based right away.

-How to easily deseed a pomegranate (you're welcome!)

-Famous people who have gone plant-based.
