Attention residents of the Santa Ynez Valley and Cuyama Valley, it's that time again! Drop-off your hazardous and electronic waste at our October Household Hazardous Waste Collection Events.

Santa Ynez Valley Event: Sunday October 9, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Santa Ynez Valley Recycling and Transfer Station, 4004 Foxen Canyon Road in Los Olivos. This is just for residents living in the unincorporated areas and the City of Solvang. Sorry, no Buellton residents.

Residents can take up to 15 gallons or 125 pounds of hazardous waste or electronics each trip. We take items like paint, old TV's, cleaning products, microwaves, automotive fluids and more. Visit www.LessIsMore.org for more info or call (805) 882-3603.
