Have you ever tried a BIERSTACHELN before? Also known as “beer spikes”. THIS is an old German beer tradition made for cold winter nights. This spike is heated up in a furnace until it is cherry-red, then quenched in your beer until it foams up. The result is a rich, warm head with a marshmallow aroma from the sugars that are caramelized during the process.

So come to our Christmas celebration and we’ll promise to put a hot poker up your glass!
