Join us for an evening of geology and wine! We will look at the evolution of geology in Patagonia and talk about its fundamental influence on the current terroir. We will taste our way along an east-west cross section through the region.

Our classes are a guided and seated tasting with focused instruction of each cheese! All classes include 5-7 cheese types, additional accoutrements (bread, olives, jams, nuts), pairings, and a custom tasting menu for note taking! Cheese, cheese log books and cheese storage paper will be available for purchase following each class.
